    No mate, I'm a Queenslander. Met you a couple of times when you were officiating and I was down with some fighters.

    A couple of the Victorian boys wish Queenslanders couldn't fight :lol:

    The Zigsta will be back. Boxing in Australia will be ****ed without him!

    I told you mate, you have no chance, if the Zig can't train me he will send me to Lewis in Sydney with 200k a year sponsorship so I can dedicate myself 100% to the task at hand :lol

    That's not correct.

    Weight loss is dependent not only on the amount of calories ingested but their source, i.e. whether they are primarily from carbs, protein or fat.

    You would lose varying amounts of weight if on week you were on a 1,000 calorie per day diet that derived 90% of its energy from carbs, the following week 90% from protein and the following week 90% from fat. You're claiming that you would lose the same amount of weight if total calories were the same irrespective of the source. That's simply not true.

    I used to dehydrate and believe it or not could lose up to 14 pounds in 24 hours.
    Learnt how to do this off Jockeys.
