Spence/Haymon are pulling an Oscar/Canelo and letting the fight “marinate” until Crawford looks slower and more beatable. Any fight can be made if both sides want it bad enough. Different promotional company thing is just a lame excuse on Spence’s part.
Its the most illogical outlook that you can take on this fight. Top Rank pays Bud well. But you have to join the PBC to get fights with their guys.
None of them are draws. It takes town to tango. Bud does fine in Nebraska. Bud doesn't believe in the "across the street" mentality. And since when do you have to be a draw to get a fight with someone when you have a belt?
There is really nothing to debate here. Until any of those guys fight Bud, they aren't true champions in my book. The man climbed 3 divisions only to be told that he has to join the PBC to get a fight with this guys. What a joke. I'm out.
Coz theres 3 belts with Haymon. He needs to be there for the big fights Crawford needs Spence a lot more than Spence needs Crawford. Crawford is froze out and Spence has D.Garcia, Porter, Pacquiao and Thurman waiting for him.
Crawford spent most of his career as a weight bully. However Porter is better than anybody he's fought in his entire career. For a guy who's supposedly being ducked here it's funny that he's the one partaking in bad matchups.
Wtf does him not being hood and wearing ice have to do with anything? What a ignorant ass comment to make but then again it's coming from you so i should expect it. Haymon has a track record of getting his fighter's paid there's a reason why alot of big name fighter's signed with him and it has nothing to do with being hood or wearing ice. Crawford knew his contract with top rank was coming to an end he knew he was planning to move to 147 a division in which haymon has the name fighters. Haymon would have paid Crawford what you're saying is ridiculous. Why stay with arum when he has no fighters worth a damn at 147? Dumb move by Crawford period.
Think about it though. Why would Crawford leave the guy who's carefully guided him and allowed him to accomplish what he's accomplished so far in his career? His handlers are protecting him right now. That's for sure. Wonder what grave he'll turn over next for an opponent?
Eye ball tests mean something and Crawford has beaten good enough opponents to show how good he is. Crawford is very versatile and Spence knows that. Im not going to say that spence is ducking but he clearly recognizes that Crawford is the toughest challenge at 147.
