So what do you guys think about that quote? He then was asked by the interviewer about Devon Alexander and he keeps saying about the money being right.

He claims that the move to 147 against this nobody will make him a viable option for Pac or Floyd, but wouldn't beating Devon make him even more of a viable oponnent. The money he would make now with either May or Pac would probably be better than anything he will ever get against Devon Alexander.

The Alexander bout would have been better for him in every way. Especially if he wants to become a viable opponent for Mayweather and Pacquiao. He has more of a chance, slim or not, to get a bout with Pacquiao...but he has to get through Alexander first.

Sounds like he just wants a big payday. emmanuel can fight him as tuneup after he gets his AZZ whooped by Void. There's bigger and better things for Void, like Cotto/Martinez/Williams.

well aside from alexander there's a lot of people he could fight. i can totally understand him waiting for alexander as that's the fight people want and if they build it up right it could be a nice payday for both, similar to gamboa-lopez. in about a year these will be superfights.

Void and emmanuel are going to fight each other. Martinez is on hold for Void in case the big fight doesn't happen. Is Bradley putting his AZZ on hold for emmanuel?

na he aint scared, it would be unfair for any fighter especially a top fighter to be called scared, especially when he has fought the better opposition. he knows that him fighting khan alexander or ortiz would be better for ther bank account in 18 months then now.

he is doing this against abregu because it will show that he can fight at welter if he wins, against a opponent with a record that looks good but may be deceiuving and will get less money against abregu then devon but can show money and pacman tht he is stil their.

all of this he will make loads from pac or may and even if he loses to abregu and top fighters he will still have his wbo title because he never fought at tha weight

Lets not forget that Bradley was originally going to face Maidana and Abregu was put together after Maidana pulled out. Fighting Abregu makes a lot of sense for Bradley but I would have preferred him to fight another jr welter instead of moving up in weight, though he'll probably move back down if need be.

Fighting Abregu gets him on HBO against a guy with a nice record who has a style to make for an entertaining fight. Bradley's stock should rise if he beats Abregu in an exciting fight, which I think he will. That puts him in the mix at 140 and 147. Fighting on HBO at 147 makes him an option for Mayweather, Pacquaio, or even Berto, all big money fights for Bradley. Or he could go back to 140 and let a fight between him and Alexander or Khan build into a big fight. If Bradley and Alexander are both at 140 by this time next year and still undefeated then it becomes a much bigger fight than it would be now. This is a smart move for Bradley, I just hope it doesn't cause him to abandon 140 before he faces Alexander, Madiana, and Khan.

    bull ****en ****

alexander is another one of your over hyped young american fighters duquan

why would tim bradley be afraid of him when he has fought guys such as r rated holt, peterson and witter?

bradley's waiting for alexander to build up his name so when he does whoop him everyone will take note.

Alexander has the style o give him hell that's why. He's fast has a great jab can counter better than Bradley and has great movement and has more power than Bradley. It's no wonder Bradley wants no parts of Devon and for good reason.

you get stupider and stupider with each post.

bradley is the 140lb version of andre ward, he can do it all!

he can box, slug, counterpunch, be the aggressor what ever he needs to.

alexander would get schooled BADLY, it will look alittle like hopkins-tito but bradley will finish him off:deal
