Beating Khan will only help his career, it will make a fight with Pac or may closer, and his fanbase will expand along with his marketability.

Yes any fighter that can put any type of pressure on him will give him trouble.
He is world class coming forward and journeyman like going back. You need to put everything in to moving him, older fighters like Paulie and Zab just trying to look good show their not done with their careers. Fighters focused on taking it to him will have their moments.

it's fair to say Bradley's head got a little too big over the years. He's not scared he was in desert storm and punches out horses for fun.

The problem with Tim is that he is never going to get that big-money fighter with Pac or Floyd. He can't sell tickets and will always be supporting cast. His best bet would be to fight Khan. Right now, he is becoming inactive. If he keeps waiting around, he's going to end up having to face a guy like Mathysse or Maidana. I don't think Tim has the best of chins, and would struggle with top-flight bangers.

if Berto would've only known this back then...well, maybe he did but it backfired on him. He should've just given Hernandez a rematch or fought Likar Ramos.

Haymon blew this one and I understand where Bradley is coming from.

It is not a smart move. If Bradley fought Khan and beat him, it would make him the most deserving candidate to face Mayweather or Pacquiao. The latter would especially be interested in the fight to avenge to defeat of his stablemate.

Timothy Bradley is afraid of losing to Amir Khan. Khan could have used the logic as Bradley (ie. a defeat would kill his chances of facing Mayweather), but he did not. Because he is confident of beating Bradley.

Timid Bradley himself has said there's too much risk for his liking with Khan, and that he won't be looking to fight him.

Whether it's for financial reasons or something else, it's still a form of a 'duck'.

So he is not ducking khan, he is just not willing to face him because he is scared he will lose.
    And how is that different?

I don't think he should really be "in the running" for Pacquiao or Mayweather. He beat Alexander but look at how Alexander has actually been fighting. Can't draw a crowd, fought a stinker even though he won, and his lack of activity has allowed Khan to draw attention to himself and build his name. He needs to fight Khan to get that luster back and jump ahead and really put his name out there. You don't just beat some overhyped 0 loss guy and expect to get a Pac/May fight.
