Did they receive death threats? Did they receive punishment by Bob Arum? Did they get booed by their fans? Did it last for a year?

Even Margarito got treated better than this.

So you represent the sociopathic fan? You sure as hell sound like you do.

Tell us about the strong minded fan demographic.

Pov shouldn't have got that knock down in the 12th. That wasn't a knock down but a push down. Yet the ref didn't see the push and scored it a knock down. Take that away and Bradley wins by a point.

The result, the W, was IMO, a gift.

Referee error caused all three judges to score a round 10-9 when it should have been scored 10-8. This in turn gave Timmy a W when he should have had a D.

The fight was close, no doubt. I would definitely not term it a robbery, but I think in light of the above, GIFT is an appropriate term.

BTW, what the **** has sociopathology got to do with this question ?

Nobody in a sane leveled head would agree with the crazed lunatics who've harassed Bradley with threats.
Any figure with Tim's level of fame and celebrity status gets that type of attention though.
I sympathize with Timothy Bradley. I do not sympathize the character or celebrity figure these noticeable anger is directed to.
Fans are fickle and mostly only ride the current fad and hype train.
And let's be honest, he didn't exactly fall into this position by accident and through no fault of his own

You've pretty much summed it all up. There's been an unfortunate influx of fans who really don't know much about boxing, or have not been fans of the sport long, who have a complete lack of respect for the sport. When they showed Tim Bradley's interview before the fight, and he talked of the disrespect he received after the Pacquiao fight, the one part of the interview that stuck out to me, was when he made reference to the fact that he will no longer fight for the fan, and just his family, the response he got from the crowd (concussed I might add), in his post fight interview, exemplified exactly why he feels that way.

Oh I get what you mean now that you've made the distinction. Fair points, I agree. Can't pretend he didn't contribute himself.

    I stopped reading right there.

So far I haven't seen a single person knocking Bradley for his performance last night. Not a single one. Nothing but prasie for his warrior's heart, and some legit questions about his power.

However, plenty of people, including me, think that Prov actually won the fight. Nothing against Bradley, but Bob Arum and his pet ****** Pat Russell stuck again.

Great post... not sure how people could blame Bradley for the Pac loss and last night he gave us an entertaining fight which overall could have gone either way. Fair play to the man, he has real heart.

This is a ****ing message board and hate gets the most traffic. Where is the outcry when Floyd, Manny, Broner, or the other top fighters get hated on?

Bradley is welterweight champ and is now being held to the standards that he has always wanted to attain for himself.

This fight revealed nothing new about Bradley. He's at the exact same level as most of the top guys at 140 and did well for himself to get out of the division before he collected a few losses.

What's funny is that when Broner moves up to 147 for a fight, he's ducking all of the 140 guys, but Bradley gets thrown a big gay orgy.
