The closer to the fight we're getting, the more I'm leaning towards Usyk.

I'd not considered it before today but the only south paw Joshua has ever faced is Charles Martin and I'm not sure that really counts. Joshua has never fought anybody like Usyk before.

I've been Team Usyk for a long time and I won't change my mind and if AJ wins I'll give full credit.

Thank god for this thread, I was getting bored of reading the other 10 Joshua v Usyk threads.

Usyk fought big punchers such as Gassiev and Briedis and showed he could take their punches, whilst clearly outboxing them. I think Usyk may face adversity against AJ, and I can foresee the referee favouring AJ in the exchanges and maintaining his flow in the fight. I can imagine Usyk having a mid to late period where he comes on strong as AJ tires. He can definitely plant his feet and hurt people with his punches, see Chisora fight. However I am concerned that the ref will ensure AJ survives and AJ gets a decision based on some success in the early rounds.

This is pretty much how I predict it will happen.
