    Cheers HMS. Good Find.

Yeah i believed him..i know some felt he was playing game a bit but i don't get impression Tim would resort to that. He seems honest as they come and can't wait for Saturday..hoping he be on fine form and put another name to the list!

Yeah riding the shots. Joel Diaz is the sort of trainer you want. He got the methods! and he's a mean looking mofo....no messing with Joel.

Was that the one were he was slipping and pivoting? I did that on a leaders course and it's brilliant. I'm like you...interesting to see the methods. All the young trainers and fighters out there can learn so much through footage like this.

I'm leaning towards Bradley. He is a more complete operator who is a much more technically correct, yet dynamic fighter. I'm thinking substance over style.

Bradley looks ******ed when he is circling and getting hit by the towel

I would love to see a pro boxer working his moves on a kung fu wooden dummy-now that would unique!

That towell thing is just basically a reflex thing, notice how David Haye, Mike Tyson, Muhammad Ali, James Toney, Bernard Hopkins, James Toney.

Roll with the puches, at times.

It kind of takes the impact away from the punch.

You can't train with the flu..?

I don't care who you are.

He might have a cold thats all.

His Vegan diet, which is full of antioxants should help him recover.
