That's right you heard it here first. The man can't be touched by anyone there. He easily outclassed a game Cherry to a wide UD win. Too much speed and defense and will to be stopped. I can't wait for him to face the winner of Paulie-Hatton or Holt-Torres winner. The 140 pound divison is starting to shape up nicely with all the belt holders fighting each other. Make way for Tim Bradley a future P4P top 10 star.
idk about future top 10 p4p. hes shown a lot of promise and grit but i havent seen anything skillwise that is top 10 worthy. hes a very solid fighter and i think he has a very good chance to clean out 140 but i dont see him doing very well outside of 140, a relatively weak division.
bet you hadn't heard of him before witter. another case of a fighter having to leave the US to build his name, a la winky wright. this happens alot in music, bands like kings of leon were unheard of in america before they smashed the rest of the world.
But I do agree that Bradley will clean out 140 pound division. Bradley does'nt do any one particular thing great but he does all things good. He is a very well rounded fighter who has a high workrate, decent power, nice array of punches and his defense is not bad either and he has shown to have a pretty good chin.
My bad but you're forgetting I'm here in Houston and Hurricane Ike came thru on last friday and I was without power for 4 days and just saw the fight yesterday.:good
i remember a couple of months ago i was bigging up the benn - mclellan fight as one of the greatest of modern times. one frequent american poster actually claimed that gerald wasn't a big name. he said something along the lines of he wasn't a big crowd puller and the jackson fight only sold 5,000.
Yeah everything is pretty much cool even though 60% of the city is still without power..Ike was a *****.
Nothing special? And Victor Ortiz is?atsch Atleast he's a titleholder at 140. Who has Ortiz beaten? I bet if the two met today Bradley would be the favorite and rightfully so.
Victor Ortiz was going through heavy **** with Top Rank and caused him to be inactive. He is with Golden Boy now and you are gonna see more of him trust me. Ortiz is still young and has all the tools. He has power and speed unlike Bradley who focuses on fitness.
:rofl Speed? You act as if Bradley is Margo or something the guy has some of the fastest hands in the divison and he has good pop as well. Ortiz would be in for a shock if he met Bradley due to his level of opposition he won't be able to hit Bradley and he won't be able to cut off the ring either against him I see Bradley giving him a boxing lesson countering the **** out of him and making him look bad.:deal
