Right. Testing done by the boxing commissions is adequate. James Toney was caught 2005 using PEDS so you can't say commission testing is ineffective.

Floyd's 7 days before the fight blood testing cutoff is bull**** considering the fact that the cutoff for the Floyd/Shane fight was 18 ****ng days. That's nearly a 3 week cutoff. And 3 weeks cutoff was what Pac was asking for in the first negotiations.

Team Pac has gone on record saying that they agreed to the test. Why the **** do these haters cling to the "Pac won't take tests" ****

WASHINGTON -- Manny Pacquiao stopped traffic outside the White House on Tuesday, during a whirlwind tour of the nation's capital that included meetings with President Barack Obama and Sen. Harry Reid.

The Filipino boxing sensation was crossing the street near the White House when several drivers, trying to snap photos of Pacquiao with cell phones, caused a multicar pileup, Pacquiao publicist Fred Sternburg told The Associated Press. Nobody was hurt in the accident.

Pacquiao and his wife, Jinkee, spent time talking boxing and basketball with the President, along with a bit of business. Pacquiao was elected representative of the Sarangani province nine months ago in national elections in the Philippines and has taken the new job as seriously as he does boxing. He's already explored building the area's first provincial hospital.

"This is an unforgettable moment in my life," Pacquiao said earlier in the day.

The eight-division world champion posed with Obama for several photos, including a boxing pose, in the Oval Office, Sternburg said. The President gave him three grocery bags full of light blue M&M's with the presidential seal, along with a watch adorned with the seal, and said he hopes to someday visit the Philippines.

Pacquiao invited the President to his fight against Shane Mosley on May 7 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Sternburg said. Obama said he would be busy but promised to watch on television.

"Manny said it was very impressive being in the Oval Office, seeing it first hand. He said it was a great honor to meet the President of the United States," Sternburg said, pausing to laugh. "He also said the President is a very tall man."

Earlier, Pacquiao roamed the halls of the Capital as the guest of Reid, a Democrat and long-ago boxer whose recent re-election was no doubt helped by Pacquiao's campaign appearances.

After Reid and Pacquiao exchanged national flags, Reid was asked how long he would last in his prime if the two exchanged punches.

    "About five seconds," Reid said.

Pacquiao arrived in town by train on Tuesday, wrapping up a press tour promoting his next fight that began in Los Angeles and included stops in Las Vegas and New York. The fact that he's arrived on the scene has been good for boxing, making plenty of high-profile fans and bringing some mainstream attention to a sport that has been seemingly dying for decades.

"You can become a great athlete and still be a great person," Reid said.

Reid felt compelled to set up Pacquiao's meeting with Obama because of the Pacquiao's enthusiastic following in the United States. Hundreds of fans turned out for public appearances in Los Angeles and New York City, waving flags and waiting hours to see him.

"I try not to bother the president," Reid said, "but I bothered him on this occasion."

Pacquiao's every move was shadowed as he walked onto the Capitol grounds with his wife. Promoter Bob Arum said it was reminiscent of the heyday of Muhammad Ali, whom he also promoted.

"He comes at a very fortuitous time," Arum said. "If anybody can bring boxing back to the mainstream ... it's Manny Pacquiao."

Manny Pacquiao Causes Pre-Barack Obama Meeting Car Accident
    By Lem Satterfield
    Boxing Editor

Eight-division champion Manny Pacquiao and his wife, Jinkee, are in a luncheon meeting with president Barack Obama and his wife, Michele, "as we speak," the adviser of the WBO welterweight (147 pounds) titlist, Michael Koncz, told FanHouse moments ago.

"We're standing at the entrance way to the White House right now waiting for him to come out. Manny was very excited about it," said Koncz.

"They will have probably been in there for about an hour or more before they're done, him and Jinkee," said Koncz. "Just him and Jinkee, and that's all who were allowed in there. They've been in there for 10 or 15 minutes already."

The stop in Washington, D.C., is the last of a four-day tour promoting a May 7, WBO welterweight (147 pounds) title defense by the 32-year-old Pacquiao (52-3-2, 38 knockouts) that is being promoted by Top Rank Promotions, televised on Showtime pay per view from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas against 39-year-old three-division, five-time titlist Shane Mosley.

The tour began on Thursday at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles with stops in Las Vegas and New York, respectively, on Saturday and Monday.

On Tuesday, Pacquiao was welcomed on the floor of the United States Senate as a guest of Nevada Senator, Harry Reid, who facilitated the visit with Obama.

In another development, Koncz said that Pacquiao's presence outside of the White House, led rubber-necking and photo-taking drivers to cause a three-car accident at the intersection of State and 17th streets.

"We're standing on the corner across from the White House entrance way, and couple of ladies were taking pictures while they were driving, and then, another guy took a picture while they were driving," Koncz explained.

"And it caused a three-car accident -- unbelievable. Manny was standing on the corner waiting to cross the street, and we were standing at the entrance way," said Koncz. "Fortunately, there was only car damage. Everyone got out of their cars and it seems like no one was injured."

No one else is doing it because blood testing too close to the fight poses health risks like hematomas and blood clotting. USADA knew this hence the 18 day cutoff for the Floy/Shane fight. Floyd's demand for blood testing all the way to fight night is bull****.

Except that they were on HBO showing they DIDN'T agree to the testing and offered 7 days!

We aren't haters. We just see the truth.

    Wrong.

If you admit the USADA knows this then you admit that Pac's refusal to take the tests is pure BS!

Funny how reality always craps on you *******s.

Lol. You ****ing moron. Pac was ok with OSDT 3 weeks before the fight. But Floyd wanted 7 days before the fight. But when he fought Mosley, the cutoff was 18. You're so ****ing dumb not to see the BS in that.
