Prime vs. prime? Really hard to predict, kinda 50/50. Styles make fights and i can't remember Witherspoon fought any guy with a similar style. Both Guys have the punch to equalize the whole fight. I know Morrison better, because i'm a big fan of this agressive style and this left hooks. So i worry about Tommy's chin. But i also know he can come back with a single big shot (Ruddock, Hipp).

Tim's ring Iq is higher. He'd dictate the pace after just 2 rounds and would be giving Tommy a boxing lesson. It either ends with Tim cracking Tommy and stopping him mid rounds or winning a clear decision if he fights with a more tactical approach.

I personally believe that prime Tim beats any version of Tommy convincingly

Both hit very hard, but Witherspoon had great chin while Tommy had a glass one. Witherspoon was aslo bigger, had better skills, higher ring IQ and much, much better stamina. So the answer is obvious here - Witherspoon by brutal KO

 

Witherspoon busts up Morrisons face and has him dropped and helpless, by the 7th it's stopped by the ref.
Spoon would actually look great in this fight imo, Tommy s best is no good here.

 

Exactly. The people is very boring always talking about the chin of Morrison but james smith proved that you could stop spoon if you could bang hard and Morrison did hit harder than smith. I can see perfectly a scenario where spoon is winning on the cards and then boooom left hook good night.
