The issue with that line of thought is that Joshua is better than Bruno and infinitely better than Gonzalez. So he’d probably outperform Bruno which means getting a W.
If it's the 1982-1984 Witherspoon...all he has to do is start landing that overhand right. However, the Ruiz-beating Joshua could possibly outpoint Tim.
AJ. I think he was a better boxer despite his faux pas against Andy Ruiz. He probably would stick with boxing Tim.
I have Witherspoon winning the four out of the first five but the fight is a fast pace. Joshua gives and takes, he win the second round big but is hurt in the 4th. Joshua knows he has to win a round big to get the fight close going into the final six rounds. A Joshua jab forces Witherspoon to counter with a lazy flick of the left, a quick AJ jab and a right behind it sends Witherspoon back to the ropes as he comes of dizzy Joshua send him back to the ropes and down. Witherspoon gets up too fast and the ref sees nothing left in ‘Spoon and stops the fight. Maybe a rematch in Philly after a quick stoppage in the O2.
