    Some posters who consider themselves experts on boxing don't even know this happened, for some reason. Either that or...they're stark raving hypocrites? But surely, they just didn't know, some how, against all odds.

    I still remember this fight like it was yesterday. And the crazy thing about it is that Jose Cotto was not a real big puncher at all.

    That said his drilling is top notch. The moment he was rocked he started slipping like a maniac and within a few seconds he'd recovered.

    He was buzzed for sure, but GGG couldn't close the show. Canelo's waist movement is on point though.

    I would never say he was, he wasn't a hitter like Miguel though. Saw enough of his fights to know that..........and his opponents weren't the sturdiest

    Honestly I don't know. I've never seen that duplicated again. Even against decent hitters his chin has been as solid as can be. I think it was just an anomaly

    He was still a kid. He took four flush shots from Jose Cotto, who could punch as a lightweight, and was obviously a very good finisher.

    I wouldn't worry about it..saw this fight live n thought he might be a Mexican amir Khan but he's proved his class over the years despite his questionable "carne"
