if you had an intellect, you would have researched my sig...instead of slandering it and me.

Pretty sure it was neurological issues that forced his retirement. He had a LOT of fights.

p.s. Don't think nathan is retired but might be taking a break whilst paul is on contender - as he trains nathan.

I spoke to Paul a few days after the Green fight and asked if he'd come back and he was pretty strong in his belief that there was no chance.

Thats very good news Ray , It pains me to think of the **** swanning around these days calling themselves "World Champions" when this kid did more in his two fights with Adamek than they could EVEN do and yet he's still not be considered a World Champ , Fight fans around the world KNOW this bloke is one of the TOP fighters to come out of Australia in the last 15 years , a genuine fighters who was tough as they come , at 34 years of age Briggsy has made the right decision lets hope he sticks to it Ray , thanks for the info .

Cheers mate, I was actually hoping he wasn't coming back too. He's made his legacy, and should be very proud of it!

He just finished work as a trainer on The Contender Australia, and is still commentating on Fox. He was training a couple of prospects in Brad Pitt and Jed O'Mahony but has recently decided to pull the pin on training due to his business commitments. It sounds as though he has a lot on in 2010.

Well as sad as it is to hear due to Buisiness commitments he has had to stop with the training its a plus that he is keeping busy , a few of the lads down the pub still bring his name up from time to time here in Wales , like i said real boxing fans from around the world know the score ,all the best .

Nathan is down at Cruiser right now. Expect a comeback in that division in 2010.
