As far as his cuts go, he reminds me of when McGuigan came back post Cruz.... I think sooner or later his skin will cost him a fight and there is not a lot he can do about that, perhaps it is time to call it a day.

 

I noticed that when Thompson landed a decent but unspectacular shot on Wlad's chin in one of the early rounds, Wlad wobbled slightly and his eyes widened as though in fear, as though one follow up shot would be enough to crown a new champion.

 

I don't think Thompson ever actually hurt him but Wlad does seem to get flustered just about every time he gets hit with a decent shot. As though this professional boxer isn't used to getting hit yet. Weird, he kind of reacts to a punch the way a young kid does when he's first introduced to sparring. What a mental case Wlad is.

 

Okay Wlad doesnt have a concrete chin, but he hasnt been ko'd dramtically ala Patterson, Lennox, Frazier yet.

He gets knocked down but at least he shows the heart to get back up. As some of the other posters have said he seems to get flustered as opposed to hurt when hit, i think this can be best seen in the Sam Peter fight.

 

You missed one off. It would be more entertaining to watch your own mother die by asphyxiation on Audley Harrisons ****.

 

I'll never understand how boxing fans defend this guy.

 

i'll never know where these klitchko haters see these parts of matches he dominates where one more punch and he'll be knocked out cold ...
