I have previously said that Hopkins is going to look Pavlick look silly in their fight. I have watched a few more youtube.com clips of both fighters against different styles and I have absolutely no doubt that Hopkins (even at his ripe old age) has more than enough to make this Pavlick guy look awful. Pavlick is absolutely chronically easy to hit, is one paced and relies far too much on the basics that have got him where he is today. Props to him for getting there but he's shown amazing levels of vulnerability. If ever there's a guy out there to pick him apart, it's Hopkins. Old Bernie still has some pop and Kelly has shown that she can hit the deck on a number of separate occasions.

Further evidence is that master picker Enzo Calzaghe has gone for Hopkins. Bookies in Newbridge have banned Enzo from placing any bets on boxing because he was cleaning them out. As much of a **** as this guy is, he's always been correct with his picks outside of the boxers that he trains. If that's not enough for you to lay everything you have on a Hopkins win, then you must be Jack Loew.

"Bernard Hopkins will beat Kelly Pavlick I have absolutely no doubt about that. I'm not sure on the round but I know Hopkins will take him to school. Hopkins can nullify his punching power with his movement. Pavlick could beat Jermain Taylor because he only had Plan A. Hopkins has Plan A, B, C and D."

    Translation: "......................................."

    End Transmission.

Nobody can understand what you're saying with Calzaghe's dick in your mouth.

I like Pavlick, he's exciting and doesn't shirk a challenge but is very limited. It's a shame Hopkins is going to expose him before Joe.

So, you will bet everything you own on Hopkins???? Yeah, right..... Enzo is not divorced from this fight. Don't forget that.

Why on earth would he do that? I think some of you lot need to remember this is just a sport & we're meant to be fellow enthusiasts sharing that passion on a forum. This vitriol towards anyone who expresses an opinion is getting out of hand.

    Pavlik, NOT Pavlick.

Hopkins will be Kelly's toughest test but I feel The Ghosts activity and high work rate will win the day.

Pavlik UD12 Hopkins and I will be there!

Hopkins of pre 2007 beats Kelly and Calzaghe.

Isn't Enzo Calzaghe the same guy that said Lockett would beat Pavlik? Is he the same guy that said Enzo Maccarinelli was twice as fast as Davis Haye?

The Truth: Enzo Calzaghe is a few fries short of a happy meal.

Very true, but he does actually speak a lot of sense when it comes to fights outside of his gym.

I would never bet anything substantial on a game of boxing - especially when the one I'm picking against punches so hard. It only takes one lucky punch in boxing to turn a fight around. But if I were to bet a few quid on it, it would definately be going in Hopkins' direction.

We've been through this. You can't really avoid someone if they're not in your division. Calzaghe has never fought at 160.

Reread his post. "If that's not enough for you to lay everything you have on a Hopkins win, then you must be Jack Loew." Sounds like he is giving betting advice. I'm sure he will take his own advice, no?
