True, very true, was just wondering how long people spent because I used to do 1 1/2 hour but didn't think it was enough tbh and im thinking of starting back up with the training.
warmup 15min condition 30min (running,sprints,calisthenics,plyometrics, doing strength excercises in pairs etc..) boxing 45min (sparring, technical drills etc..) main training over 30min we are on our own, light sparrings, stretching, ab workout, weight room etc... over day if i find some time i use to shadow box for 3 rounds or skip rope or run for 15-20min.
good question i think its - more hours outside the boxing classes (not just training, studying, watching fights etc..) - dedication (not skipping trainings, training with concentration and full will, not just to be there with mind somewhere else) - leaving bad habits (smoking,alcohol,drugs ---> LIFE :yep) and of course, good trainers ! :bbb
