I wanted to see this match up as much as anyone but sadly, Lomo is a big 126 and Rigondeaux is a small 122. It will never happen. :(

I don't think he's a big 126, he's medium sized, I'd accept Walters is definitely too big for Rigo, however, compare Lomachenko's measurements to say Nonito:

    Lomachenko:

    height 5′ 6″ / 168cm
    reach 65″ / 165cm

    Nonito:

    height 5′ 5½″ / 166cm
    reach 68″ / 173cm

And it's not that bad, Rigondeaux's superior skill could make up for the slight size differential. It has to happen.

loma is coming in on fight nights at 139 pounds. rigo can barely make 122. If loma agrees to come in at 125 on fight night sure why not.

Best fight for rigo is inou.

that's height and reach, not weight on fight night and body bone density. Lomo will go up to 135 eventually at least.

as their in divisions 4lbs apart they should be able to agree something, maybe impose a rehydration limit on loma

from rigo's perspective he's not making a lot of money from the sport considering he's top 5 p4p and isn't in a great position to dictate terms.

I will withhold judgement until I see in-ring weights for both of them.

If they're within 10lb they better fight.

Rigs may not even be 5'3. Have you seen his face offs with Donaire and Agbeko?

With Donaire having left the division, Rigs is the highest paid 122 pounder.

People start realizing that Loma would badly school Rigo...

I heard Rigo was making a sequel with the Wayan bros for "Little Man".

I doubt it. He is a bit bigger though. When you add some decent skill into the equation, it becomes a bit more difficult fight for Rigs. Loma is a tougher fight than Donaire due to his skill.
