    this is what the racists did to robinson, hagler, holmes, langford. the guy is a piece of white trash who harbors an insane jealousy of floyd's success:deal

    they realize floyd is better than pac and want to through less accomplished fighters in floyd's way like williams and margarito because they feel they have a better chance of beating floyd due to their size advantage

    Wow--some of you guys are getting way to upset over a guy that probably doesnt give 2 shits about any of you, or what you think.

    These top guys should try to freeze him out--at least for awhile--to knock him down a bit. Don't let him take over talks at the table and don't let him run the contract. Get An equal cut of the pay and not let him get something like a 70/30 split. In the case of Pacman, don't let him decide the weight.

    For now, PBF is NOT the champ at 147 nor is he the P4P king either. Don't let him negotiate like he is. And if it takes freezing him out or walking away from the table then do it. You have to stand up to this guy at the table because he will damn sure try to make a fool of you during the build up for the fight.

    There are lots of fights to be made at around the 147 weight class. Fighters who want to prove themselves and fighters who want to fight more than once a year.


    Calling me a hater is stupid. If PBF is still the man then he can have a chance to come back and prove it. Right now, Pacman is considered THE man P4P. Should he take anything less than at least a 50/50 split with a guy who hasn't boxed in over a year?

    If I'm wrong I'll admit it. But it is my feeling that PBF will want the biggest share of the purse of a fight against anyone. I'll say it again. He is NOT the top dog right now so letting him negotiate like he is is foolish.

    Maybe I'm lost here---Are you saying I am a racist for starting this thread??? Dude---if thats the case it proves you don't know anything about me at all.

    If PBF is still the same fighter he was when he left I wouldn't bet against him with free money.

    I like to watch good fights. I don't see skin color in the ring. I have rooted for fighters of all skin colors.

    If Pac is "The Man" than why are people still calling out Floyd while he was retired...Pac is the "official" #1 lb for lb fighter in the world..he is IMO the best Lightweight in the world..but Floyd hasn't fought in a year yet people who "hate" or "dislike" (fans) are still calling out his name..if Pac retired that would be the end of it...Fighters won't "freeze out Mayweather" to put on good fights...if Tony and Arum have a chance to make a few million more to fight Floyd rather than Cotto I bet Tony and Arum would fight Floyd rather than the Cotto rematch...what im saying is there isn't such a thing as "freezing out a fighter"..that would be a stupid business decision...good thought but it just isn't realistic-ESPECIALLY NOT IN THIS ECONOMY!

    I get what you are saying. I really do. I'm not so blind to think he could be frozen out forever. No way. I'm saying walk away IF he comes to the table wanting the biggest share of the purse and makes all the demands in dealing with the contracts. Thats when you walk away from the guy and freeze him out. AM is going to make his money from the SSM fight then the rematch.

    No reason for him to be "frozen out" for good, but it would be cool to see the other fighters make Floyd have to earn the fights with them, rather than just give them to him, now that the shoe is on the other foot. Let him feel the frustration some of these fighters felt trying to get him into the ring with them. It would be poetic justice.

    Still, if Mayweather wants a big payday, someone out there will be sure to give it to him right out of the box.
