The last time Sky exceeded my expectations was almost exactly three years ago when they showed a live double header of Tarver-Hopkins and Cotto-Malinaggi. Actually I think the Cotto fight was shown 'as live' directly after Hopkins.

Since then what have we had on the world scene? DLH-Mayweather I'll give you.

The rest are just scraps like Klit-Sultan and Mosley-Mayorga, which going in was a pretty horrible match up.

If you send and e-mail to sky you will get a robot response.

    Now that is the FACT!!

BBC and ITV were only interesting in showing England vs Egypt which was on at the same time.

Hopefully Setanta can make it, because I fear Sky will put the majority of boxing on PPV if they get it.

Why would they? They never did before and fights like Wlad/Sultan and Mosely/Mayorga weren't.

I thought this would come full circle. Warren left Sky and went to ITV, then Setanta who to be fair did a good job in picking up fights. However, it looks as if they are Sky bound again. I would be amazed if Sky didn't pick up at least some of the fights like they used to.....

Well Sky have got Wlad v Chag, so hopefully this is the start of plenty more Boxing coming our way on Sky Sports.
