Hes always been legit. Fighters lose an thats that. not the trainers fault. Always said people on here overestimate the power a trainer has anyway.
Chavez doesnt come to camp an doesnt throw punches til the last round in a championship fight. Roach fault? nope, Manny caught cold by one of the best counter punchers of the last 20 years. roach fault? nope

You have to be a ****ing idiot if you believe this. They know considerab;ly more about Bradley than the likes of you and developed a gameplan in the gym, which almost had them pull of the upset.

Hilarious all the keyboard experts on here acting like they know more about boxing than a hof trainer with over 20 world champions:lol:

Exactly. I don't see people going all out against the Mayweather's when they coached Hatton to defeat or Kevin Johnson etc. All the guys I've seen who have joined Roach have improved simple as that.

I remember in another thread people saying jesse reid doesnt know **** about boxing lol... What they say in a corner is about 5 percent of the trainers work. 95 percent is in the gym prepping, the fighter knows what he has to do come fight night.

    I know.

A lot of these guys completely miss the offensive subtleties of boxers at this level. It pisses me off reading comments like the one you quoted because these guys don't have a clue what Roach's game plan was, they don't have the knowledge to make a good guess but they make one any way and just say oh well he just hoped their fighter would do this.

Sure you win 20+ world titles by hoping it all works out.

If Freddy Roach bothered to give half a thought to defense, Prov would have beaten Bradley easily.

    Same old Freddy.

Actually I'm a former boxer, who knows that defense comes FIRST.

You're probably just of fan of the "Rocky" movies. :patsch

Who are you to criticize Freddie Roach, when you don't have the kind of resume he does? You haven't trained one world champion at all.

I would take Freddie Roach's advice over yours anyday.

Well then I boxed for a couple of years and then I know that I don't have **** to say against a trainer of that kind, and neither do you.

He is one of the best trainers around.
