    Boy had his eye socket shattered in the 4th round. Fragments of splintered bone were probably stabbing him in his eye, yet he valiantly fought until the very end.

    In the Cotto rematch, Cotto targeted the eye and it started to puff. Yet Margarito still wanted to fight on and risk everything for the W.

    Tony might be the ultimate G.

    Jk man, I have no big issues with anyone who thinks he cheated even though he was never proven to cheat, only that he broke a rule.

    If we hold everyone up to that standard, people are going to start dying :lol:
    Margarito was ridiculously though. Only after his retirement did he look physically weak. He later admitted that his body had given up on him.

    One thing is for sure, Mayweather was not eager to fight him.

    Not saying Floyd who have lost, but Floyd was very strategic in whom he fought, and if he could fight a fighter such as Baldomir, get paid the same and pick up some belts, why risk fighting a tasmania devil like Margarito.

    A lot of people say this. But the timing was never really right for that. Margarito lost just a few months before Floyd's retirement (after Hatton). And when Floyd returned, Margo had already just lost again against Mosley.

    I was a big Margarito fan until I found out what he did, unlike others here I accepted what it is so I left him with out no doubt, but the heart he showed against a loaded gloves Pacquiao, got to eran agian his respectable way as a fighter, unlike this young "lions " crying about injuries and ect...
