    Tny didnt break the rule Javier Capetillo did by accidently putting a harmless used pad in the wrap in full view of the CSAC insp. Tony had no idea anything was wrong

    There was proof there was something other than tape and gauze. People want to say it was a combination of sweat and lotion. Maybe it was, maybe it wasn't, but the rules are very clear on this matter. Nothing but tape and gauze are allowed when wrapping the hands.
