    Well, I guess your going to need to disagree with alot of people about this one. If your above 200 pounds your a heavyweight. Splitting a weak division would be a disaster. Lennox's legacy is intact!

    On what grounds should there have been a rematch ? because Vitali won 3 rounds ? he got cut up badly , ran out of gas and was stopped - why the clamour for a rematch ?

    Chag, holyfield, haye and ruiz didn't need one to beat valuev.

    Lennox lewis has another unusual stat to his name,

    he never faced a southpaw, no moorer, no Sanders and gave up the IBF title instead of facing Chris byrd

    Lewis is extremely overrated. I don't have him in the top ten, but he is clearly top twenty - even though he is the only top level HW champ taken out twice in the early rounds by ordinary fighters when he had the title, and he fought old, diminished versions of Holyfield and Tyson.
