i thought he picked perfect pictures & scaled them accordingly ... they hint towards a lopsided mayweather victory against a scrappy ghost & give a subconscious look at how most peeps think the fight will go.

 

Guerrero deserves the money, more than Canelo. Though I doubt he beats Money, I give him a chance, he's gotten old, was in jail, etc.

It is happening a lil too soon though seems rushed.
the ghost should have to fight Marquez 1st.
i mean typically to poperly "earn a shot"/hype/sell a ppv
the 2 combatants should at the very least have a common opponent
to allow the potential ppv subscribers to have an accurate gage of wether or not te price if admission is worth the trouble.

besides marquez vs the ghost was supposed to happen back when they were still fighting at light weight. so why not? winner get floyd!! makes dollars & sense says i... guess im just old school.

This fight will sell. A certain demographic would buy PPV of Floyd hitting the heavy bag and telling us how he is both a dog and a gorllia.

Did Canelo pass Floyd or why didn't it happen?
Surely that fight would've make the most sense at the moment (?).

 

Pretty much this for me.

Just because I don't like the fight doesn't mean ****, there's way more to making these fights than just what fans want, it needs to work out best on paper for many others before the boxers battle.

 

Absolute garbage fight but if Floyd wont fight Canelo or Martinez, and due to Top rank unable to fight Bradley then there's not much out there.

It's **** stylistically, boring to watch and Floyd should be 100-1 favourite.

 

This is the equivalent to Floyd fighting Luis Collazo.

 

Is this at 147 or 154? because Guerrero was already flabby at 147.

Either way joke of a fight but not surprising, easy 50 mil in the bank.

Literally the only positive thing about this fight is the Ghost getting a well earned payday.

 

Ghost is a decent live opponent. The problem is that Floyd is so highly rated and people believe there are only a few boxers that can be competitive against Floyd. I would give ghost a decent shot at beating any other WW and therefore class him as a good opponent for Floyd. Floyd to win by UD though.

 

I am struggling to be excited for this fight.

Floyd Mayweather's fights doesn't have the same excitement to it as it did from 2005 onwards. Mayweather's on the decline and I'll only grant this as a good win if Guerrero manages to beat other great fighters afterwards. The best fighter he faced was Salido, NOT Berto. He lost to Salido (ok sure, Salido was on steroids).
