It's painfully clear the combination of Roach and Ariza can work wonders for the gifted fighters who are willing to put in their all with them.

You see a thousand PED comments and few for Ariza and his skills with conditioning. Clearly he has his science down pat and Khan and Pac are benefiting tremendously from it. As they move up their bodies are no longer drained and they are able to reach their full peak strength and endurance. Each are getting stronger while keeping their speed.

Props to Alex Ariza and enough of failing to give it to him. Khan & Pac both seem to have the same benefits since Ariza came into the picture, more offense, better chins and unlimited stamina.

There is no need for half ass USADA tests only the need to give Alex Ariza the props he deserves.

is it me or is the same exact thing happening to Amir as to Pac ?
Either both on PEDs or both working with one of the best in the business in Ariza. I say 100% Ariza's 24 hour a day commitment to these guys is worth more than anything a drug can do for them.

If you got talent and work ethic Roach and Ariza will take you to the next level. Ariza get's you in 100% condition while Roach works on the gameplan. Dream team right there.

I was unimpressed with Roach's game plan for Khan against Maidana and I wasn't sure if Roach was as tallented as people gave him credit for.

This fight proved me that Roach is a excellent trainer with a great gameplan. While it was obvious that Judah was going to attempt to use the left counter uppercut, Khan completely neutralized it.

Zab had no plan B, and Khan completely dominated him. It was a great performance and I think Khan deserves to be number 1 at 140.

Ariza does his job and does it very well. I don't think he cares too much about any negative comments from some boxing fans. The results of his work is really what matters to him and to the fighters he works for.

    This.

And I have to say you've admitted your mistakes in the past HENDO, and I think you're a great poster after all.

Ariza was the reason I laid a hefty bet on a 5-to-1- favorite in Khan, not to mention all of my VCASH.

Well, Amir was trying to be Manny Pacquiao in the Maidana fight, so you can't hold that against Freddie. Amir was just overconfident in his physical training.

Khan & Pac same benefits people attributed falsely to PED's are truly because of their work and that of Mr. Alex Ariza.
