Just frustrated as hell!! I work 24 hour shifts as a medic and have been picking up ALOT of overtime which means Im usually working 48 hours or more straight. Also work part time somewhere else when i can....just pissed that my gym only offers boxing 3x a week...cant make it in all the time and I am forced to workout alone if thats even possible. Finding time to train when youre poor and have a family sucks! how do you guys that are married with kids cope with it??? By no means do I want to be a pro but really looking to compete in the near future....just sucks cause I didnt go at all this week and feel like im always starting at square one....Just aggitated and everyone here at work looks at me crazy when i shadow box ..trying to find time to workout at work is nearly immpossible but whatever.....just wanted to rant...anyone else have to deal with the same???????

one of the gyms i used to go to pissed me off coz they only opened twice a week and the training was so rigid, you HAD to be in 6.30 and had t be finished by 8pm etc. it meant that if i did different shifts at work, i was screwed. luckily now ive found a gym that has better opening times. but like you, i do have to work out by myself a bit
