Ahh but did Casamayor really lose the Corrales rematch? Did Freitas really beat Casa? Both controversial, have you seen them? Pacquaio also never beat JMM in the rematch. Also there was a pre-60s version of the title, I think Kid Chocolate and Saddler had it (off the top of my head)
If not for the current alphabet era, namely the wbc belt, I think arguello, limon, chacon and edwards would have been the murderers row of the super featherweights. None got a shot at the lineal champ, all duked it out with each other for the wbc belt.
I haven't, I shall watch them two. and yeah there was some titles being floated about in the early days but I'm not sure how relevant they are, I'll consider them at a later date.
