Has Pacquiao signed yet?...I've heard he's agreed to the terms or what not...but has he signed?

Everyone keeps assuming he has signed when we havn't really heard anything. As far as I am aware...Mayweather hasn't signed, and Pacquiao hasn't signed...the deadline is for Mayweather to agree to the terms is it not? We know what Mayweather's like...Arum gives Floyd a deadline to accept the terms...Floyd doesn't like Arum so he will wait til the last second to accept or not.

 

So Pacquiao is going to recycle Cotto instead of taking on better opponents?

I don't remember Mayweather ducking Pacquiao the first time btw, I do remember Pacquiao rejecting Mayweather's requests and running off to sign a fight with Clottey instead (who isn't a ppv attraction) but seems happy to accept those same demands now.

If Pacquiao had accept those demands back then that he's happy to accept now then we would have had the fight already, he chose to reject those demands to fight someone else so there's only one person that ducked last time and it's the same person that ducked Mosley last year and is about to duck Williams.

Recently Goosen came out and said he wants to push the William v pac fight, that quote had **** all to do with al haymen.
