    First that come to mind is Hopkins/Pavlik.

    Hopkins was coming off a clear loss to Calzaghe and was like 43 while Pavlik was riding sky high. Many thought Hopkins would get KOed. He was a 3/1 underdog. That fight really grew of legend of BHop and showed just how skilled and crafty he truly was. He literally ruined Pavlik and took his confidence. Such a masterclass. Like he was several tiers above Pavlik.

    Not sure if Carlos Quintana would qualify but his domination of Paul Willaims in their first fight was shocking the way he countered and timed PW all night long. It was a boxing display.
