Well damn then diet? How many calories do you eat a day? Try cutting out all the rice/bread, guarantee you'll lose a sh(it ton. And I kniow you want to slap me for giving you dieting advice lol, and it's easier said than done, but try tofu/natou/non-fried chicken. My dad basically cut bread/rice out and he went from being beer belly lard ass, to just lard ass. Lost about 15kg in a year I believe.

I dont get the obsession with beer. I mean honestly by the time you even feel anything from it you feel bloated as hell. I have to drink beer at times for work, but on a personal level I prefer liquor far more. I don't understand why people think beer tastes incredibly good. I'd far rather get fat on pizzas, than beers.
