    to lose to Timor Ibragimov... I mean.. this guy is about the worst "contender" in the heavyweight division these days.

    The guy put on two of the worst performances against Brock and Thompson that I've ever seen in a big time heavyweight fight.

    I've seen Hoffman fight before, but he must be totally shot to lose to Timor.

    Timor might be a nice guy, but he sucks as a prize fighter.

    I'd pick Harrison, Guinn and Virchis over Ibragimov... Marrone would lose to anyone in the top 50.

    Maybe, but a very clumsy Hoffman who walked into counter punches all through the fight made him look like Roy Jones Jr in comparison. :drink

    Hoffman is an extremely slow plodder whose punches are as predictable as flood and tide.
    He is nothing special at all.His punch is average,and so is his stamina.He is a durable fighter whose decent chin is probably his best weapon.He also has a decent jab.
    I was bored silly watching Timo vs Timur.Very lame and boring fight.

    no, hoffmann was never down from a punch. it was all slips and pushes. he has a decent chin, it gives you an idea why vitali couldn't knock him out.

    Timo was lucky to get the nod over Mirovic so that gives u an idea of how good he is.
