Many thanks Champ LOL! The section about KT camp is towards the end of the book and touches on the subject throughout variouse chapters but dont skip pages, read it from front to back. Im sure you will enjoy the book and like myself will find it very hard to put down. Should take about 2-3 days to read, depending on how much time you have.

 

2=3 days WTF it's about 5 hours of reading do it in an afternoon
