No, taking supplements does not stop bloating up! Hatton bloated up because he loves fatty foods and drink not because he wasn't taking his supplements.

I really don't think you know anything about supplements. They aren't miracles that suddenly make you big, fast, slim etc...

This is the same **** as Tiger Woods doing Buick commercials. No one with a single working brain cell believes Tiger would go out and buy a Buick. Just cut the check and I'll endorse.

the key is discipline. if you're discipline enough to take your supplements daily then you're also discipline enough to avoid those fatty foods and drinks like what top boxers normally do when in training for a fight.

i think supplements do help since if not, then these conditioning coaches won't be letting their boxers take some.

There is no correlation between the two

The supplements help because they are absorbed quicker into your system than food is

Hatton used supplements quite a bit to get in shape for fights.

Using protein shakes instead of full meals to get the maount of protein he needed without all the extra calories and such.

I don't know many athletes that don't take supplements, whether it's the boxing gym or just ppl generally working out. Everybody takes protein shakes and amino-acid supplements like arginine these days.

There's no way you can keep your body properly nutritioned whilst on strict weight control.
