I've tried this before myself and I think I'm doing it wrong because it is either easy or very hard lol
Tim Bradley is a special athlete, like Bruce Lee or Roy Jones or Michael Jordan. Bruce Lee could do pushups with two fingers. Michael Jordan could dunk from the free throw line. Roy Jones Jr could throw 30-40 punches in a few seconds.

Nigel Benn use to do it. Nigel trained like a mad man, check out his ab work routine which was incredible. Pacquiao and Mayweather use it today. Benn was in the army and got some of it from there.
Bradley trains hard. That is why he was able to get up from the Holt left hook and make it seem like nothing much happened. I still watch that and say 'WTF how did he do that'
