Name calling? I'm calling Alexander names, and yet you're taking it personally. ;)

I enjoy discussing boxing with you as well but you are trying to complicate the issue by going back to when Khan was asked about the tournament, even though Alexander himself has never mentioned the tournament as an excuse to why he doesn't want to fight Khan. In a nutshell, you are making excuses for a fighter who is coming off a "gift" decision against someone who Khan outboxes beautifully.

I see it, the boxing reporters see it, and the ESB forum posters see it. Heck, you talk about him facing the worlds #1, and what does THAT #1 Timothy Bradley think about it? He thinks Devon is crazy to think he doesn't need to fight Khan.

Now who do you want me to believe? You, Ray, or the #1 fighter in the division?

    'nuff said. :good

when bradley said they would fight devon later when the fight was bigger. bradley was called a *****, a coward, ducker and etc.

but now after devon last fight and some bradley interviews everbody riding with bradley. a year ago ppl thought devon was the ****. i never believe devon could beat bradley this saturday /ill see if i was right. but if devon give them one them knockout they be back on the bandwagon.

OK....and? Look, I am glad they are fighting. But who gives a crap about all the drama before? It doesn't mean anything.

Alexander said it recently. I hope he changes his mind, but till then, all we have it what he said. NO one is blowing anything out of the water. Most are doing what I am, going by what HE SAID. You can play the "maybe" game all night, and you know what, it might change. But, to repeat myself again, Alexander said it himself.

 Relax man....jesus christs. This is the kinda **** to get worked up over? THis is NOTHING. You are making a bigger deal out of this then anyone else in defense.

TS quoting Bradley saying "ALexander is wrong saying Khan not bringing money"

    HE. IS. RIGHT.
If you don't think Bradley is right then say it. Stop resorting to past.
Can't you just admit Bradley is right?

You actually are being the perfect example of what a fanboy is.

What gets me, Little Pea, is that the #1 fighter in the division says there is money to be made, and yet they think they know better!

We must have some pro boxing analysts here on ESG  :rofl :nut

I'm trying to show you a different perspective but you have your Khan blockers on. I quoted Rico so you can see the perspective of a Khan fan with no glaring bias.

When Alexanders trainer said there is no money in Khan he was comparing it to a purse with Mayweather, PAc or JMM. Which is true. Margo made 5 mil+ for PAc. Mosley made 10 million for Mayweather...How much did Maidana make?

How much did Khan the cash cow pay Maidana to fight?
Did Alexander offer to be in a tourney in which Khan declined?
Will Alexander be looking for bigger fish then Khan after Alexander?
If Devon doesn't get a big fight will he have to fight whoever HBO chooses?

You still haven't answered the questions

    This.

The numero uno in the division currently is Bradley that may change saturday night but whoever does prevail doest owe khan anything.

Yes they should fight him but not because the division revolves around khan.

Khan would be the challenger taking on the man of the division so all this talk of the winner to fce khan as if he is the prize horse needs to stop.:deal

And you don't think Bradley knows this?

Seriously, Ring Master, you can be very logical some times, but the idea that you have more information than Bradley himself is just plain silly, and you know it.

But tell me, truthfully. Put yourself in my shoes here. Who would you rather trust?

The #1 in the division who wants to fight Khan because he wants to unify the division and sees big money in Khan's popularity in the UK

    OR

The #3 in the division who just came off a loss (gift decision) against Kotelnik and is now saying these things about the same guy that beat Kotelnik definitely.

C'mon now. Be serious here. Are you THAT blind to the bias or do you have your Devon blockers on? :good

@ Spud, m8, you are a self-proclaimed Khan hater, so its difficult to take you seriously :patsch

BINGO DING DING DING, We have a winner.

It's just about understanding team Alexanders perspective, not taking it out of context and screaming they are ducking Khan when that is clearly not the case.

Can't see Pac or Mayweather fighting Alexander so Khan would be a good fight money wise for Alexander if he can beat Bradley. Who else is there?

If Alexander beats Bradley and doesn't bother with Khan....

    BERTO AWAITS

My prediction: Berto via uppercut, round 6. Dre's going to ruin Alexander. Devon's going to have nightmares every time he hears the Haitian's name.

I think what many, and myself, have a problem with is his already dismissing Khan as a future opponent for no good reason.

Really...Devon had no reason to even suggest that he doesn't need to fight Khan. Just stupid. Both young, top of their division, and most importantly, IN the same division.
