Bradley has mad skills, much better than Lacy ever was. Hell he's already proven that with Witter, Holt, Campbell and Peterson. They're all more talented fighters than Lacy as well, and all Bradley victims.

I mean seriously.. this thread is just stupid. Ok, you don't like Bradley. I don't like Duran, but you don't see me making threads saying Gatti would whoop his ass lol...

Doubt it, Marquez was getting caught and beaten up by Juan Diaz before he landed that killer combo. I don't see how Marquez could beat Timmy, who is very fast, very active, and as equally technically sound as he is. It would be a repeat of the Mayweather outclassing, except Timmy would press for the KO instead of carrying him 12.

Kotelnik didn't easily outbox Maidana. He got busted up and won a close, disputed decision many felt (myself included) he lost.

Muhammad Ali had all the skills you need, but against very good fighters down in the trenches he had the heart to prevail.

I don't think he is overrated. He is a good young fighter. But, when he fights Devon, he will lose. :good

The fact that Kotelnik was able to survive against Maidana really should tell you all you need to know about his skill. If Maidana was top class he would have KO'd him or atleast forced a TKO.

That's ridiculous. If you wanna go that route...Timothy Bradley hasn't had a single stoppage in over 3 years, often fighting smaller fighters and some who have even been stopped by journeymen. So I guess that means Bradley isn't top class either, right?

Andreas Kotelnik has arguably the best combination of chin and defense at junior welterweight and has never been stopped. Muhammed Abdullaev, Junior Witter, and Amir Khan never could come close to putting a dent in him. Only Marcos Maidana has been able to put serious hurt on him and came close to stopping him.

That is not ridiculous. I say Maidana should have KO'd him because he is a one dimensional power puncher/slugger. If he is going to win it is going to be by stoppage. Bradley is a boxer, if he stops you it is going to be by heavy accumulation, but overall he is going to outbox you and try to get points.

I think Maidana is a good fighter, but he doesn't have enough tools to be considered B class.
