Let's holler at Doc Browne, and see if we can borrow the DeLorean for a couple minutes, and go back to 2011 just prior to the Peterson robbery. When Khan was mandated to fight Bradley and Bradley out and out DUCKED HIM. Im certain this vote would be exactly the opposite it is today.:think
Lots of boxing fans would have favoured Khan before last night. Truth is, Khan was never elite in the first place.
I have said this many time before. Khan cannot beat a single one of these: Bradley, Matthysse, Thurman, Porter, Brook, Rios, Chaves, DSG, Floyd, Pac. That's why I call him a B grade fighter. You can't have a dozen fighters you can't beat in relevant divisions and still be rated A grade. He will always fail above a certain level unless he's fighting someone too past prime.
Bradley would outbox and headbutt him to death. There would be more head clashes than punches thrown between these 2 and battleship head Desert Storm would win by WWF style headbutt off the top rope.
I don't rate Khan or Bradley as highly as many but before last night I could have imagined a way for Amir to make it competitive. Last night it looked like his hands had slowed a bit, and that was the only elite attribute he's ever had.
Still think he'd beat Rios. I'd favor him ever so slightly to beat Porter in the same "just hanging on at the end" manner he beat Maidana. 50/50 fight with Chaves. The rest beat him.
Bradley never ducked Khan. He had promotional issues with his promoter Shaw at the time. He signed with Top Rank after they promised him the Pacquiao fight. BTW, didn't Khan just turned down an IBF title eliminator against Bradley about two months ago? :rofl
A tricky counter puncher like Chaves would annihilate Khan. Khan would go into survival mode as soon as he gets hit with a few right hand shots from Chaves. There's a reason why Khan hasn't fought a puncher in nearly three years.
Honestly, you're right and I was wrong haha. Not really sure why I even said that in the first place :huh I'm high on Chavez and I'd have to consider him a solid favorite in a battle of the outside the ring c*nt and the inside the ring c*nt.
