    I hope Valdez looks impressive. I feel like I'm one of the few actually high on this kid. Maybe it's because he doesn't have flashy-ness that someone like Verdejo has.
    The only one that made Valdez look bad in the amateurs was Loma, but he basically beat everyone in the amateurs so that's not a shame. I thought Valdez had one of the toughest, if not the toughest, draw in the Olympics to get into the medal rounds and he nearly did it imo.

    I feel the same way.

    I'm not on Team Verdejo. I generally prefer a more solid all-around guy like Valdez to all that flashy jazz.

    I thought I was the only not high on Verdejo. Yeah, he's fast, explosive and flashy but I just see so many mistakes. He's not on par with a young Cotto imo.
    I want to see Vasyl beat Verdejo again, there's a lot of Verdejo fans saying he'll beat Loma now.
