Never heard of anyone on there. From what I hear (very little TBH) is that he is capable of boxing, but can also brawl if necessary. In truth, it would take a brawler to get to Witter, to wear him down - I wouldn't back many of the top 140's to outbox him over 12 rounds, but he can get lazy, which most top fighters are capable of exploiting. Boxrec rankings are usually reasonably accurate, so if they have him below the likes of Rees, Lynes, Urango and Harris, I would back Witter to stop him. Perhaps he should be prepared to vacate his title in order to secure a big fight - but then again, nobody is interested in him, for whatever reason.
