Does this diet give him the completive edge over his opponents? Who's been on a vegan diet themselves? I'm currently into the fourth day but I haven't got a decent routine as yet. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6xvPWpqm7YA[/ame] A Bradleys Ultra Green smoothie includes spinach, kale, mint, banana, apple juice, ginger, probiotic, aloe vera and spirulina. I assume you are all aware of these foods, including spirulina which is usually blue and green algae. If this contributed toward his amazing physique, I'm going to try the same. It does say it all about Bradley however. If he's determined enough to go on a strict vegan diet, he'll be determined enough to train his heart out.
I tried it for a few days and it does give a massive energy boost. It works. But I don't think it's a diet to use all year round because it's a hassle. It all depends.
Keep a couple of things in mind: 1) Eating like Bradley doesn't mean you'll look like him or be as well conditioned as him. 2) Diets encourage discipline. So it may not necessarily be the fact that he's vegan that gives him his physique. But being vegan is a discipline and that probably enables him to be strict about other junk they put in 3) It's still about calorie consumption. So even those healthy foods you want to moderate Keep it up man!
Haha that's what I was thinking! I haven't really watched to much of Bradley before, but heard about his vegen diet on 24/7, and was thinking is this how he's so ripped? Then I seen him punch Pac........ and Pac punch him back. If you want to get more toned, and start a diet just browse around google or something, and just read up about nutrition. The biggest things are cutting out pop, drinking lots of water, things like bread of course pack on the fat, fried foods, etc.
That's just false. Bradley hasn't been on this vegan diet regime for that long. Even before then he was never noted for his power.
The human gut is designed to deal primarily with fruit, veg & nuts. Meat, especially red meat takes longer to break down & produces toxins. Timmy has a lot of supplements to go with his diet
I think one sports nutritionist recommended it to him, planning out his diet. So the transition wasn't that difficult, considering he doesn't need to get it all together
