I was wondering if you guys had tips and a routine type of thing for me to do with a heavy bag I'm 23 6,0 and weigh 190 if tthat means anything lol if there's a YouTube video or something of training stuff I could do would be better so I can see how. Thabks
use good head movement, a bag doesnt punch bag but you gotta keep moving, slipping and ducking. First punch with technique, power comes later.
