I've been training now for a few months already but I still cant get the speed ball right. What do you suggest for me to improve my training on the speed ball?
Are you talking about the standard 1-2-3 from the front? You should just keep trying at it. The more you practice, the better you get at it. Do each hand individually, then do alternating switchoffs (4-8 times on one hand, then switch to other hand), and finally do it switching off left and right.
