Tiring out

    When punching im always tiring out cause im always trying to hit hard should i just let my puncher's flow instead.

    Yes. Being tense prevents the muscles ATP-resynthesis to a degree. It also lets you use less elastic energy in a next punch, as you will be smothering that by tensing up.

    basically, when your tense your burning up alot of energy. Just lossen up a bit, when you punch, you tense for that split second.

    Way to answer your own question.

    On top of just throwing too hard tiring you, I find you naturally kind of hold your breath for a second when you punch really hard as well..

    Relax, breathe.

    same as everyone says

    dont look for the big punch make your punches count use compact punching and let your shots flow

    Yeah, gimme some time, and look over the career sets I got on boxingjunkies.com.

    Im not really tying to toss the whole set, but we can go disc for disc or something.

    ive got afew pea and whittaker fights my self so ill just picks the ones i dont, there not on the list though

    When punching, you should be relaxed... the only time you tense up is when you anticipate the punch connecting. In other words, lock the punch upon contact. The rest of the time, you should be free flowing.
