    Dunno if this had been posted on the forum or not, but Billy Dib is fighting Jorge Linares for the WBC title on the undercard to De la Hoya v Forbes. A massive test for Billy. Not the sort you can turn down, but he'll be up against it.

    I should add, if boxrec are anything to go by, he's not too concerned about Dib. He's slated to defend his title in Mexico 28 days later.

    I like Dib but I'm thinking this is a bit to soon for him. Linares is a great fighter and Dib is quite inexperienced. Either way I'll be hoping for a Dib win.

    Last time i checked a couple weeks back the Dib vs Linares match was not going ahead.

    I saw Dib like a week or 2 ago at an amateur boxing night at Sutherland PCYC... Wouldnt he be in a friggin training camp or something by now ?!?!

    well well.... isn't this interesting. i come on and say how much of a mismatch the pittman V Sturm fight would be and you all bag me. now the others are doing it to Dib andn obody says a word. typical inconsistency.

    I don't like Dib and will be happy when he gets knocked out, Linares is one of the best fighters in the world.

    Looks like Dib is getting feed to the wolves. Imo he has less than zero chance to beat Linares.
