TITLE LiquiShock Foam & Water Heavy Bag

    Anyone ever use these?? I've broken my hand twice and I'm looking for a bag with a little more give to ease the pain a bit. Thanks.

    they had a water bag at my last gym in Jacksonville. I liked it. nice and squishy. Can't remember the size though but it held up pretty well no matter who was hitting it.
