That's because most fans here don't even know who Ike is or never seen him fight, Ike is a very underrated fighter at WW, At his best I pick him to beat Tito in a tough fight, I can see Titos head snapping back due to Ikes laser jab all night long.

Ike would be able to outbox Trinidad for sure. Problem Quartey has was his whiskers. His chin was very crackable.

No it wasnt, his chin was very good & is certainly better than Tito's ever was.

Main problem with Ike was his workrate down the stretch, nothing wrong with his chin at all.

Well Oscar had him nearly out, Verno Phillips nearly had him out too. Compared to the other top WW of his time, he had the worst chin IMO.

Quartey on points. Tito lost to every skilled boxer he faced who had a good jab, yes he did lose to Oscar.

A few things going on in this thread. I think Ike beat Oscar who I also feel beat Tito.(I Know a beats b and B beats C does not mean A beats C ) Tito is Vastly overrated and Ike criminally underrated. It would be a great fight, but I think Ike takes a close but clear UD.

Round 12 of the Oscar fight was the most trouble Ive seen him in, other than that he ate bombs without problems. Lopez dropped him with a flush combo & he just hopped back up, Ike was a tough mofo.

I think you can discount the Phillips fight as he'd been retired for 5 years & was clearly past his best by that point.

Do you really think Tito had a better chin? Really?
