A good ten rds I'd say ,he went the distance with Garcia and Porter ,and hasn't been stopped yet . Nobody is saying Pac Man hit like Tito .Sometimes a big punch isnt enough.Tito found that out against Winky,he was a sucker for a jab.

I wouldn't be surprised if he was still powerful at 49.

 Cover up? Trinidad is more than willing to eat a shot to land a powerful one of his own, that's why he was knocked down a lot in his career but always got up to give his opponent the worst beating of his life time. Pac would have to get inside the trenches to even land on Tito and Trinidad was extremely confident in his punching power and had inhuman stamina for a man that size at 147. It's not even a question that a prime Pac is gonna go to war and duke it out with Trinidad, that's exactly the type of fight Tito was born and bred for.

I did, Oscar was winning the fight but feared Trinidad's monstrous punching power so he ran the last 3 rounds to avoid a knockout as best as possible. Pac and Prime 147 Oscar fight nothing alike though so I'm not sure why you're bringing that fight up.

They both flurry and get out of range except Pac did it better and had better stamina.

Pac gunned down Cotto. He was a serious problem for guys who were there to be hit.

DLH is a significantly bigger man than Pac, staying out of range for DLH is different than staying out of range for Pac, DLH also starts his shots off with his jab, that's why he was able to flurry and stay out of range vs Trinidad to win rounds, Pac just overwhelmed you with shots from different angles but he has to get within Trinidad's punching range to do that and Tito had excellent timing on his shots. I think you have it the other way around though, Pac is the one there to be hit and has absorbed monstrous punches in the Cotto and Margarito fights, not even gonna count the Thurman fight since that was an ancient version of Pacquaio, if you're taking punches like that from Trinidad it's lights out. I'm not even trying to overplay how powerful Trinidad was though, the man was truly one of the hardest hitting punchers to ever live and 147 was his bread and butter. Trinidad's glancing blows are gonna hurt Pac bad, the only chance Pac has is to get Trinidad out of there early because the longer the fight goes on, the more punishment Pac is gonna take and Trinidad can fight at his pace the full 12 rounds.

Pac was special. Fast feet. Reach never bothered him much except against Floyd. He fought plenty of big guys.

Yeah, Pac is a top 20 ATG and imo the best fighter of his generation. I'm not saying it would be impossible for Pac to beat Trinidad cause that version of Pac who whooped Cotto and DLH was truly magnificent. If Pac and Trinidad were the same size then Pac wins 10 times out of 10. Going to war with Trinidad at 147 especially being the smaller man isn't a good idea though, Pac is gonna eat shots that'll take years away from his career.

I think it would take a Marquez-like moment for Tito to win. I don’t think his technical skill would be enough for a decision. Tito was a guy who struggled w Reid and Vargas and imo lost to Oscar. I see Pac as a notch higher in class even at 147.

Trinidad is not there to win a decision, he's there to knock you out. He's there for war and Pac is gonna go play right into his hands like he's done numerous times in the past. Marquez was timing Pac with that right hand all night before the KO, Trinidad doesn't even have to land a hail mary KO since his glancing blows will hurt Pac. Trinidad broke down and pretty much ended both Vargas's and Reid's career and both fights happened at 154 and they fight nothing like Pac so I'm really not sure why you bring them up. If anything it just shows a testament to Trinidad's will and extreme punching power.

He didn’t end Vargas’ career. Reid had the eyelid and major depression, neither of which was owed to Tito.

I simply see Pac’s in and out style causing a lot of problems for Tito who was not the technical counterpuncher that Marquez was.

Wtf are you talking about? David Reid got the beating of his life time and eyelid was permanently damaged after the Trinidad fight. He was never the same and retired less than a year after. Of course any man would be depressed being an Olympic gold medalist and undefeated world champion to getting the beating of your lifetime and eye damaged for life. Vargas also, if you don't think Trinidad ruined or at least significantly shortened Vargas career then idk what to tell you. Was never the same after the beating, got knocked down by a bum in his comeback fight after then used a surplus amount of steroids to compensate for recovery for a super fight with DLH and rest was history.

Also, what was technical about KO6 from Marquez? The man dropped all the technical stuff out the window after their 3rd fight and just went into the 4th to throw down. Looked like they both just went in there beating the **** out of each other until Marquez caught him with a chunky right hand twice, the 2nd one ending their rivalry.

The right answer is Trinidad. Pacquaio wouldn’t have became a welterweight with Tito around. Too big and hit too hard. Only a Pacquaio fanatic or Mayweather fanatic trying to elevate their mans victory over an injured post-prime Pacquaio would seriously think Pacquaio wins so believe.
