Tito vs Canelo

Trinidad 10th round tko. Canelo is too short and gases half way through the fight. I can see Canelo winning the early rounds until Trinidad breaks him down to the body and head en route to a brutal tko.

Tito by OBLITERATION! Titos power at 154 was at its peak. Tito was also a highly skilled boxer although he couldnt handle guys that could move very well a guy like Tito whos there to be hit would be in a lot of trouble against Tito. Tito by ko middle rounds.

 

Tito finishes Canelo, Vargas style.

 

Canelo might get lucky and hurt Tito early and stop him as Tito tended to be vulnerable early on but I doubt it. While Tito could be dropped he actually had a pretty decent chin.

At light middleweight Tito was a beast, could be out boxed of course but Canelo isn't that kind of fighter. He'll be dangerous on the counter but Tito would be too fast, too strong, too powerful. Canelo doesn't move well enough to stay away and he definitely isn't going to be able to trade for long without getting punished.

Tito stops him late. Canelo likes to fight at his pace and no chance Tito allows that. What was it they used to call him, creeping death or something, eventually Tito wears you down and Canelo with the weight issues would suffer badly late on fighting at Tito's pace and is broken down and stopped.

 

Canelo is far too big and heavy, and Tito too flawed. He crushes Tito easily.

Canelo has not faced anything close to the caliber of a beast like Tito Trinidad . Tito had it all .

Canelo will have some moments leading up to him getting stopped in the 7th rnd .

 

Mayweather was better than Tito and Canelo faced him. However, Trinidad would have stopped Canelo towards the end of the fight, Vargas-style.

Mayweather was a way better boxer than Tito .

But he was no where near devastating or close to the beast that Tito was .

Mayweather likes to outpoint his opponents .

Tito likes to decapitate his opponents .

Completely different .

 

These sound about right, Prime Tito was a monster!!!
