If Margarito had Pac in fetal position for 3 days, imgine what Tito could do.

as much as a don't really like pac i think he picks trinidad apart, with his footwork and effective movement no way in hell trinindad sets and gets off, plus all the punches in bunches he wont see coming his way.

There is no way Pac would get in the ring with a prime Tito at 147, let alone beat him.

People are forgetting how good Tito was, maybe you were not watching boxing back then...

But he was considered by some the P4P best, and if not upset by Hopkins, was going to fight Roy Jones in a Super Fight, that many were giving him a chance to win....

Arum and Roach for one, would not have let Pac fight a beast like that at 147.... And if they did, they would have lost for sure...

This forum has lost its goddamn mind. Pac is a great fighter, YES, but the strongest punch he had taken above LW was a cotto left hook to the head against the ropes which messed his ear up at the time. We didn't even get a chance to see how he would handle a loaded up Mosley right hand with full leverage. We have no idea how he would react to a left hook from Trinidad. This is Trinidad man, this guy hits chins, no matter how iron it is, and it will break. No one fights trinidad going forward, he would destroy them. Pac's only chance is to attempt to fight trinidad like he fought margo, who has no where NEAR the power of Trinidad and is slower, doesn't have a nearly as good of a jab as Trinidad when he used it. Imagine pac getting hit by a left hook to the body from Trinidad?

We have seen Trinidad take heavy punches from some of the BEST puncher/boxers or some with good power -- he was taking a prime Oscar's best shots and taking Vargas shots. It's amazing that someone in this thread would say he didnt have a chin... yes he suffered flash KD's from time to time, but besides the Hopkins KO (which came by way of accumulation), he has never been really hurt by these KD's. He always popped right up immediately and wasn't wobbled.

Trinidad would stop Pac, unless he Pac is able to always keep Trinidad from being set. This is POSSIBLE, Pac has showed that he can be a pretty good counterpuncher. But he is really short, and doesn't have a good jab. But it is possible that he could counterpunch tito a lot, and keep him from being set. That is his best beat. But if he tries to fight him like he did Cotto or something, he will get KO'd without a doubt.

Head movement doesn't mean jack with this fight. What Pac's victory depends on is if he can counterpunch and move the whole night effectively. If he can keep Trinidad from getting set to punch, you can outbox him - but you have to a good boxer to do it honestly, with a good jab -- the fighters who beat Trinidad when he was prime or close to prime, all had great jabs and were around or taller than trinidad. I just can't see how pac can pull this off, as Trinidad is going to land, it's going to happen. Trinidad had the type of ONE PUNCH POWER that ended careers, more ONE PUNCH power than mosley's roided ass. Even Iron chin Oscar had to box trinidad to beat him.

If Manny uses his jab and doesn't stand in front of Tito too long he will win a decision.
