I also feel the need to state that Oscar was accused of doing the same thing Tito did by Freddie Roach so if we're banishing all who overtape their hands, Oscar is in on it too.

 

The whole forming a cast argument came when Lampley asked Foreman (after Tito's fight with Hopkins) if it was possible to wrap a fighters hands in a way where it could do more damage, and Foreman said yes, and that he could even form something like a cast in the glove. However Tito wasn't forming a cast, he just put tape on the skin, and was using too much gauze and tape. If he was really forming a cast he would have been discovered a long time ago.
